1. General

• •What sxsy.ai is: an AI entertainment platform where adults chat with AI companions and generate media (text, images, audio, video). Conversations are simulated/fictional and may feel realistic, but the AI has no real-world duties or intentions. Treat claims like "let's meet" or "I promise X" as fiction. Use your judgment—AI can be wrong or incomplete.
• •How it works: choose an AI character or create your own (appearance/personality) and interact; some features require a paid plan. We may remove characters or change features and content to keep the service safe and up to date.

1.1 Account

You may need an account (email + password or other login). Keep your login private; you're responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and not transferable (can't sell, lend, or share). We may restrict or close accounts that break these Terms or our policies.

1.2 Subscription

Some features are paywalled. Prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout; you're responsible for them. If you pay via an unrecognized third-party storefront, we can't support issues tied to that storefront.

1.3 User Safety

Don't share sensitive data (payment details, addresses, passwords) in chats. Report suspicious behavior through in-product Help/Contact.

1.4 Warranties (About You)

You're using sxsy.ai for yourself; you're an adult in your location; if you're not an adult, don't use the Service.

2. Underage Policy

sxsy.ai is adults-only. Our Underage Policy explains our checks and actions if underage use is suspected

3. Intellectual Property

Everything in the Service (technology, software, text, images, audio, video, design, characters, logos) is owned by SXSY or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes. Don't copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or remove rights notices except where the law requires an exception.

4. Your Content

• •"Content" means what you type or upload (input) and the AI's replies (output).
• •You keep your IP in your input.
• •To run and improve the Service, you give SXSY a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use your Content to operate features, enforce policies, moderate for safety, train and improve models, and—as described in our Privacy Notice—promote the Service; we may show your handle consistent with your privacy settings.

5. Restrictions of Conduct and Content

• •5.4 Content moderation and removal
• •We combine automated systems and human review. If content appears to break our rules, we may review flagged items and take action—removing content, restricting features, or closing accounts. We can also pre-moderate or alter a prompt to block prohibited content.
• •5.5 Prohibited-content reporting
• •Zero tolerance for CSAM. We report known CSAM to appropriate authorities.

6. DMCA Policy

Use this to report alleged copyright infringement; follow the instructions in our DMCA document.

7. Content Removal Policy

Explains when and how content (including AI output or profiles) may be removed and how users can request removals.

8. Blocked Content Policy

Lists content types the AI or users may not generate, request, or share; also covers enforcement ranges (warnings, blocks, account actions).

9. Payments and Autorenewal

• •Free plan: one free message
• •Paid plans: monthly/quarterly/annual; payment methods vary by country. After payment, you get unlimited messaging plus 100 monthly credits/tokens for advanced features (e.g., image/voice). Credits aren't transferable. Plans auto-renew unless you turn off renewal in settings.

10. Fulfillment Policy

• •10.1 Cancellation
• •See Settings → Unsubscribe. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active to the end of the current billing period and won't renew afterward.
• •10.2 Access after cancellation
• •You keep basic/free access; premium features stop at period end.
• •Unused credits expire at period end and don't carry over or get refunded.
• •Refunds or chargebacks immediately remove premium access and any remaining credits.
• •10.3 Plan changes
• •You can upgrade/downgrade; changes start next billing cycle.
• •10.4 Refund Policy
• •10.4.1 Subscription refunds — You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment and only if you used ≤ 20 credits; card purchases only are eligible; we can't refund user-side technical issues.
• •10.4.2 Token/credit refunds — Request within 24 hours; denied if any credits were used; card purchases only; mistaken purchases caused by the user aren't guaranteed refunds.
• •10.4.3 No refund for policy moderation — No refunds for content removed or access limits due to policy violations.
• •10.4.4 No refund for product changes — We can modify or remove features or content; if the core service remains available under law, prior payments aren't refunded.

11. No guarantee of accuracy or perfection

AI outputs can be wrong or not match your preferences. We may also adjust prompts/outputs to follow safety rules. We work to improve quality, but perfection isn't promised.

12. Liability

Provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, title) and don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service, that it meets your needs, or that issues will be fixed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for direct/indirect or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

13. Links to third-party websites and services

We may link to third-party sites/services; this isn't an endorsement. Use at your own risk and review their terms/policies. Keep your devices protected (malware, etc.).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by [the laws of the Netherlands] and disputes go to the [courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands], unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms and Policies

We reserve the right to update these Terms and other policies at any time. Updates are effective when posted; continuing to use sxsy.ai means you accept them. If you don't agree, stop using the Service (and cancel your plan if applicable). We may also change the platform's scope or availability.

16. Complaint Policy

Explains how to file complaints and how we handle them (acknowledgment, review, outcomes, and timelines).

17. Termination and Assignment

You can stop using sxsy.ai (and cancel plans) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected violations. We may assign or subcontract our rights/obligations (e.g., during a merger or reorganization) and will notify you in-service.

18. Miscellaneous

If any term is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement and replace prior understandings about sxsy.ai. We process personal data per our Privacy Notice.

19. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption
